Destruction in Eastern Ukraine

This striking photograph was posted on photojournalist Paula Bronstein's instagram  on February 12, 2018. In her caption Bronstein states "the legacy of War, so much destruction." The image is Opytne, Eastern Ukraine and shows current destruction. This image was powerful and caught my attention because it really shows the level of devastation that occurs from war. Often, many American citizens are very removed from war but images such as these are a strong reminder of the difficulties that other people face. It is powerful that Bronstein chooses to show us the destruction that many people face. These image allow other people to understand the harsh consequences of war.
