Jon Bon Jovi sells his condo, in New York City, for less
than he had expected. His condo is 4,000 square feet, has three bedrooms, and a
1,500 square foot garden. The condos original asking price was $15 million and
ended up selling for $12.95 million. It was a big disappointment for the star,
Jon Bon Jovi, because he wanted to sell hi wonderful condo for $17 million, but
it sold for a lot lower than that. Jon Bon Jovi said he “just wanted out of the
building,” and just thought it would sell.
