A reported named Daphne Caruana Galizia was killed by a car bomb in Malta. She had been investigating the Panama Papers, which is a bunch of documents that show the financial information for offshore accounts. Galizia had just reported the latest findings days before her death. According to police she had many death threats that had accumulated over the past two months. A man named Adrian Delia called this death a "political murder", he also goes on to say "What happened today is not an ordinary killing. It is a consequence of the total collapse of the rule of law which has been going on for the past four years".
