The death of Christopher Iban Lozada

Christopher was a radio broadcaster in the Philippines. In October of 2017, he was driving in his car with his girlfriend when an "unidentified men in a van ambushed them" (CPJ). He was shot multiple times and his girlfriend was injured. Christopher died on his way to the hospital, but his girlfriend survived. His radio content was mostly about public affairs, and this could have caused some people to get upset with him. It is said that he received many treating Facebook posts the week before his death.
