Many olympic fans are upset with NBC for not airing a historic figure skating moment. Earlier this evening Vincent Zhou, the youngest member of Team USA, is the first to land a quad lutz at the 2018 Pyeongchang winter olympics. Instead of showing history NBC was airing skiing at the time. NBC will play a highlights reel showing Zhou's routine however if fans wanted to catch the moment live they would've had to pay for cable to watch it on NBCSN, which of course is another reason fans are upset. One upset fan tweeted "The fact that I have to pay to watch an event @nbc is ELECTING to not show because they deem another event more important is ridiculous." Ridiculous or not we are very proud of Vincent Zhou for his achievement tonight. Only 17 years old and already making history.
