She Likes Big Bundts and Cannot Lie



Cathy Barrow, like many other bakers, has struggled with the infamous bundt cake. Sweet, dense and delicious, the dessert is a delight the process of making it is fairly simple for most. The hamartia though is getting the cake out of the pan. This is why Barrow shared how she "finally got [her] $#%$! Bundt cake out of its pan". She was finally able to find a solution to her problem with a shortening and flour mix paste. After going into intricate detail of prepping her bundt pan, Cathy Barrow goes on to give the recipe for her Meyer Lemon Buttermilk Bundt Cake.
