The Game Changer in Animal Extinction

Tech News, it seems that Drones are making an impact on helping scientist
on animal extinction. Hard to believe that a once thought of flying toy is now
actually becoming a tool for data on locations and species of animals. Editor
Kaya Yurieff said researcher’s previous methods involved counting animals such
as birds on ground. After doing some testing, it came back that counting birds
from a drones view was in fact more accurate. “Drones aren't the only
technology scientists are using to count wildlife populations.” Yurieff stated.
High satellite imagery is also a technique now used. How absolutely amazing
that technology such as drones are actually helping fight the fight on animal
extinction.
