What is the world coming to? We are living in a day and age where it is becoming increasingly more common for a school shooting to occur. "There has been a school shooting on average every 60 hours so far this year." So what is it that is causing this? Is it the lack of gun control? Some would say that it is safer to allow guns because then we have more people to defend others against an attack, but some would say that it is a crazy idea to allow more guns in a world that is quickly falling apart because of them. It could be argued that even if it were harder to obtain guns, that would not stop criminals from acquiring them, which would then leave us with fewer people that are capable of defense.
The fact is, we need to do something now. We cannot sit and argue about it as many others are at risk of being harmed. What would you see as a good solution to the gun epidemic that we are facing?
