Who can we Trust?

Richard Pérez-Peña of New York Times writes this article about Barry Bennell. Bennell was a youth soccer coach and talent scout who was convicted Tuesday on 36 counts of sexual assult. Richard states that Bennell was assaulting boys all the way from 1979-1990. Peña writes that now 64 years old, Bennell worked for teams like Manchester City in England. “Prosecutors said that he equipped his home with video games, exotic animals and fast food to make it attractive to boys, and that he abused them there and in his car.” Peña obviously disgusted by Bennell’s actions states he even changed his name to Richard Jones to avoid judgement. Even though he was found not guilty on three counts of sexual assult Peña states that Jones is still on trial for seven others. [1 image, 1 link, 1 quote, and 132 words]
