There are many suspicions that Russian leader, Vladimir Putin, is killing reports who do not agree with his view points. There are some that have gone missing/disappeared after publicly going against Putin and this information strengthens peoples worry. Trump has since weighed in saying he condemns this killing but has gone on to say Putin is innocent until proven guilty, there is no evidence this is taking place. Russia's "press freedom and ranking have continuously decreased in the past decade under Putin" (Qiu.) With very little freedom of speech, and it decreasing rapidly, it seems as though Putin would take action against those who speak against him.
