Many people choose to forget about Venezuela and the ruff times they are facing but, one group of people who, “are upset and exhausted by having their country pulled out from under their feet” are Venezuelan Journalists. The journalists feel like it is their jobs to offer their sources and skills to tell the world about their countries troubles and let the people of Venezuela have a voice. One journalist, Rayma Suprani, was fired from her job because she made a cartoon showing, “an electrocardiogram of a healthy heartbeat, juxtaposed with President Hugo Chavez’s signature morphing into a flatlined EKG—representing the death of the Venezuelan health system.” [1 image, 2quotes, 1 link, 107 words]
