Mexico's Journalist Death Rate

The death of another journalist comes as no surprise to this torn country. The dangers for journalists have increased in Mexico over the past years due to bitter criminals. Criminals that are accused by reporters seem to be the main source of these violent outbreaks. As Mexico was "on the list of the world's deadliest places to be a reporter", it was evident that not much action had been taken to avoid these specific types of killings. That was until the government gave reporters several rights of protection. Since then, the amount of journalists murdered has decreased.
