Russian Journalist Killed for critiquing Putin

On March 23, 2017 a Russian journalist was mysteriously murdered on the streets of Kiev in the Eastern European country of Ukraine. The journalist named Denis Voronenkov was one of ten other Russian Journalists mysteriously murdered prior to his death. Like him, the other Journalists were very outspoken critics of Vladimir Putin and his admisistration in Russia, which made people to believe that it was an act of "terrorism by Russia" (Filipov) by purposely targeting them to keep them quiet from bringing any such negativity to the government of Russia and its President Vladimir Putin to the general public and its citizens. [1 image, 1 link, 1 quotation, 102 words]
