The name Stephen Paddock may bring a multitude of emotions to individuals that recognize him as the man that ended 58 innocent individuals lives on October 1, 2017. In an article by Scott Neuman from NPR, Neuman describes the newly released surveillance videos provided by MGM Resorts, showing his behavior in the hotel during the days leading up to the night of October 1st. The videos provided show Paddock being followed by the hotel employees "wheeling large suitcases into his room that contained the arsenal." MGM resort released the videos to prove their was no way the hotel could "reasonably foresee" Paddock's actions, as he was a long-time guest with no prior issues.
