“A man has been charged
with human trafficking and aggravated kidnapping by the state of Utah over
allegations he abducted a 17-year-old girl and kept her as his “pet,” per
Newsweek. The teenager was apparently depressed and looking for a way out, so
she posted an ad for someone to come pick her up and Burk responded. He picked
her up and chained her to a bed forcing her to have sex with him and his drug
dealer. I’m not sure what’s going on in kids heads these days or the adults
committing these crimes. It is “definitely” not safe in any parts of the United
States. People come to the US from third world countries looking for a better
life but when I read about all the adult crimes towards children; How can this
life be any better?
