The White House just released an official photo
of its 2018 interns and the Internet was quick to notice how there were very
few people of color in the photo. The lack of diversity has brought all eyes
onto President Trump and his administration. Although, there are some people of
color within the Trump Administration, it is no secret that it is predominately
white. Now some people say this is because most people of color would not want to
work for President Trump, which may be true, but it is still something people
are talking about. “ Some of the
president’s lowest approval marks come from people of color and millennials,
according to Gallup.” These interns are mostly from the
younger generation, so that would in the end make sense.
