Chloe Kim Will Never Be Hangry Again.

In the “when social media works” bucket, Abha Bhattarai reported on 17 year old snowboarding phenom Chloe Kim tweeting about getting hangry.  “Wish I finished my breakfast sandwich but my stubborn self decided not to and now I’m getting hangry,” Chloe wrote while competing in PyeongChang, South Korea.  Halfway across the world, the Hamilton Beach team of public relations gurus saw the potential and tweeted back.  “Congrats on the gold! We’ll send you a @HamiltonBeach #Breakfast Sandwich Maker so you never go #hangry again!”  They weren’t the only company to answer the call of the tweet but suffice it to say, Kim will not be without a breakfast sandwich again!
