The 2018 winter Olympics have started, and people are comparing two of the figure skating announcers to some of the Hunger Games characters. It is hilarious, we love it, and it seems that "the two former Olympians seem to love it" too! Announcers, Tara Lipinski and Johnny Weir, or as some would say Caesar Flickerman and Effie Trinket, have been sporting a rather vibrant wardrobe that resembles the crazy and over-the-top outfits that were worn in the movie.
