Governor says Cellphone data helped Crack Case

The Austin bombings happened at various locations at different dates. After the bomber, Mark Conditt, created a fourth wire that had an advanced system and a tripwire attached to it, he killed himself. Conditt set up an explosive inside his car and committed suicide. The governor and the Austin police department said that Mark Conditt’s phone number appeared at all the sights of the bombings and that was alarming. So, the police wrote Conditt down as a suspect and eventually found proof of the prediction. Gregg Abbot told “reporters Wednesday that authorities used cellphone traffic data to put the suspect at the site of the explosions around Austin.
