Per Carlos Campos, "Cunningham's remains were pulled from the Chattahoochee River April 3rd, over seven weeks after he disappeared on February 12th. An autopsy confirmed that the body belonged to the missing doctor." In the article it says there doesn't seem to be any signs of fowl play because everything looks in his house is as it should be. In my opinion this man could have committed suicide by drowning himself or maybe it was an accidental drowning. Everything in his pockets were left in the house with the house locked. We may never know what really happened to Dr. Timothy Cunningham.
